Facebook ready to launch feature Instant Articles

San Francisco - Facebook reportedly will launch a new feature called Instant Articles at the end of this month. Later, you can enjoy the article and the video of the New York Times, BuzzFeed, and National Geographic directly in your Facebook feed.



Quoting The Verge, some time ago Facebook really had revealed if they want users to be able to read news articles without having to leave the social network. And Instant Articles will embody all of it.

This plan was revealed by the New York Times in March. And this time the Wall Street Journal described some new details about how Facebook tries to woo publications Articles for Instant feature hers.

It said if the publication will keep all advertising revenue from articles posted on Facebook if the site itself sells advertising. And if Facebook were to sell ads, then publication will earn 30% of revenues.

Facebook apparently did not see Instant Articles as a direct revenue stream, but rather as a way to keep users remain on the site. This indirectly will be able to increase the income of the social networking giant.
