Rejected University, Men's Open Your Own Store

Had rejected a university because of her physical condition, a man from China finally struggled to run his own business.


Hu Xialu lost both his hands after suffering a severe electric shock when he was only eight years old. Regardless of disability on him, the man from Gushan, Yongkang, Zhejiang Province which is now 24 years old and still trying to have a better life.



After graduating from high school in 2009, Hu signed up to the Beijing Professional Business Institute with the highest score. Unfortunately, the university decided to reject Hu due consideration such physical condition.



Do not want to despair due to the receipt of the rejection, Hu then choose to run a business. He began to manage a shop of 30 square meters in area of residence. He also handles almost everything by himself, except for shipping service assisted by his mother.



"Without hands, I still have both my legs to stand. No matter what difficulties you encounter in life, you should not give up," Hu said as quoted from Shanghaiist.



Now, Hu was pleased to be able to live independently and hope to return the favor of those who have helped him. When he had enough money, he also plans to open a supermarket. Not to forget, he also hopes in the new year he can find a partner for life.
