To do it all, Moses should have a perfect calculation and must receive prior notice of God.

A marine experts claimed to have been privy to the parting of the Red Sea, when Moses fled from Pharaoh's army pursuit.

Bruce Parker, professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey claimed Moses did not rely on the wonders of God's parting the Red Sea.

But he might use his knowledge of the tides while leading the Israelites crossing the Red Sea, to avoid the pursuit of Pharaoh's army.

The former chief scientist of the National Ocean Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of the United States wrote in the Wall Street Journal, that Moses used his knowledge of the tides to ensure those which led her to cross the street safely.

Previously there was a theory that says that the parting of the Red Sea by the tsunami caused by the earthquake. This is because before the tsunami occurred, usually coastal waters will recede.

But it denied Parker theory that says that the water will come back within 20 minutes. A short time can not give enough time for Moses to cross the dry seabed, which is thought to be in the Gulf of Suez, located at the northern tip of the Red Sea.

Moreover, Moses must be notified in advance of the Lord that will be earthquakes and tsunamis.

If there is low tide in the Gulf of Suez, the seabed can be dry for hours. Prophet Moses camping on the coast west Gulf of Suez when Pharaoh's army seen in the distance.

Cloud of dust generated by trains and horses approaching army of Pharaoh that will allow Moses to calculate the time of their arrival, said Parker.

Because they live in the desert, Moses had knowledge about the ups and downs of the Red Sea and to look at the moon, he could predict when and downs will occur.

This knowledge is not owned soldiers who live along the Nile, which is connected to the Mediterranean Sea that do not have a unique tidal.

"Knowing when and downs will occur, how long it will remain dry seabed and when the water will rise again, Moses could plan his escape with the people of Israel," wrote Parker.

When there is a pursuit, the full moon appeared in full and that at low tide was at its lowest point so that the seabed could remain dry for hours.

Providing a long time for Moses to cross. If so, then the tide will be at its highest point so as to drown Pharaoh's army.

To do it all, Moses should have perfect calculations.

Parker is not the first scientist to propose this theory to explain the wonders of the Red Sea. In an article written by an ancient historian named Artapanus who live between 80-40 BC said; "Moses, who became state officials, waiting for the water to recede and lead people to cross the ocean while essentially dry."
