Excited, Fish `Monster`, Could Walk and Live Six Days on Land

Australian scientists were watching the fish enter aggressively into the Kangaroo Country region. Small fish dubbed pearch climbing is quite aggressive. Can be deadly bird and fish with a larger size. Therefore, Australia worry that the fish has become a threat to other species.

Quoted from the ABC Australia, Wednesday, June 3, 2015, this unique fish can turn off other species with gills. If these fish are eaten by birds and large fish, then this strange fish gills will be open to the outside so stuck in the esophagus predators. The predator will die made.

This fish also "walk" on land. They can get out of the water and "walk" on land by using fins that are behind the head. Uniquely, these fish also can be called living on the mainland for 6 days. In addition to gills, they breathe with lungs. Not only freshwater, these fish can also live in saltwater.

The fish comes from Papua New Guinea. Then emigrated to Australia. Australian researchers found these two fish runs around the island in the Torres Strait Queensland, namely Boigu and Saibai Island.

Scientists from James Cook University, Waltham Nathan, saying "fish goes" if it could be a threat to the Australian territory. "We just found them on Boigu and Saibai Island, so this is the islands closest to Papua New Guinea," said Waltham.

"They recorded yet to reach the area more to the south, but the threat if they fail, then it can move through the Torres Strait and moved to northern Australia," he added.
