Mina tragedy: From the hundreds of injured, a dozen are pilgrims Indonesia

Dozens of Indonesian pilgrims were among the 830 wounded in Mina accident that killed at least 717 people, but the government still continues to check further.

It is said Hadi Rahman, a special staff minister of religion in a telephone conversation from Mina, one in the assembly Indonesia suffered injuries severe enough.

The victims were treated at two hospitals: Hospital and Hospital Mina Tahrir An Nur.

"The hospital immediately took care of the victims, and they did not contact us, so we had to check himself one by one the patients, to determine whether there are people of Indonesia."

"So far there have been several dozen people certainly an Indonesian pilgrims were wounded. But the exact number is still being drafted, because we are still checking the other patients -Whole eight hundred victims."

He said, there are some people who mentioned Indonesia, it was not.

"We were told, there were citizens of Indonesia, was once visited, people of Malaysia or the Philippines. Or can not Indonesian," said Hadi Rahman anyway.

Regarding the victims who died, Hadi said, that it is certain that the new three Indonesian citizens.

At least 717 people were killed following the chaos due to jostle hundreds of thousands of pilgrims who carry out the stoning of the devil ritual, in Mina, Thursday (24/9).

Another accident occurred about two weeks earlier, when a crane fell in the compound of the Haram, killing 111 pilgrims, including 11 Indonesian pilgrims. (bbc)
