Tintin was first published on 10 January 1929 under the title "Les Aventures de Tintin et Milou" or known by the name of The Adventures of Tintin. For almost more than 70 years this comic became the most favorite reading materials criticism and critics.
This comic tells the adventures of a Belgian reporter named Tintin with his dog 'Milou' or known by the name of 'Snowy' in Indonesia. Tintin character itself can not be separated from the background Herge who also worked as a journalist. Although the story is a mystery, but Herge managed to finish well and can be accepted by reasonable logic.
Tintin listed as one of the most famous European comics of the 20th century. The story was adapted into a movie, theater, video games, and much more. In Indonesia this comic has been published since 1996. Until now the name of Tintin is still little known, although the author was dead.
