Upgrade to store a section of free apps were released over the weekend. Moreover, any announcement on the global availability of a new section on the part of Google is not followed. To date, the use of it only US residents can.

The first application, published in the free section, was the game Card Wars. Its regular price is $ 2.99. Note, when you access from Ukraine go to the section of free applications is not possible, but the game can be installed free of charge directly from its page in the store.

Earlier, in 2015, in the Play Store store were weekly giveaways applications. But over time this practice has ceased.

Recently Google has allowed developers to arrange the sale of its paid apps, as well as to temporarily make them free.
