The number of victims of terrorist attacks in Istanbul rose to 39, including at least 15 foreigners, reports Reuters referring to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey, Süleyman Soylu. According to him, more than 20 dead have been identified. Another 70 people were hospitalized.
