Three People Killed in Hostage Drama in Abortion Clinic

Police arrested an armed man who attacked abortion clinic in Colorado Springs on Friday. As a result of the attack, three people were killed and nine wounded.



According to the Colorado Springs Police Chief Peter Carey, one of the three dead were members of the police. "Nine other victims survived, five policemen and four residents - with good health and to be hospitalized," Carey said, as quoted by Antara Reuters.

The suspect was involved in a firefight quite tough with the police who surrounded her. However, after a five-hour siege, a man who according to witnesses seen in the white shirt was finally surrendered.
