Saudi Arabia planned mass execution of 55 people

Institution rights activists, Amnesty International, an alarming number of reports that the government of Saudi Arabia plans to execute dozens of people in one day.



Okaz newspaper reported 55 people awaiting execution as 'terrorist crimes'.

While the report of al-Riyadh, which has been erased, said 52 people will soon die.

They estimate that would kill them are Shias that protested against the government.

Amnesty believes at least 151 people have been executed in Saudi Arabia so far during the year 2015, the highest number in the record since 1995.

In 2014, the number of executions reported numbered 90 people.

Saudi newspapers reported that people to be executed in the coming days including dalah 'terrorist al-Qaeda' and the people of the area Awamiya.

Militia suspected al-Qaeda is accused of trying to topple the government and carry out attacks using small arms, explosives and surface-to-air missile, according to Okaz. (bbc)
