The man, identified in the report as an employee of the school's resources, looked over to the girl and asked her out of her seat. He stood in front of the student desk and told him, "Do you want to follow my orders or I will force you?"
Without warning, the school security guards headlock and twisted her neck to the back before slamming it to the floor while she was still in the chair. The man then dragged students out of place and pulled across the room before pinning her face with her hands behind her back.

According to the Regional Police Department website Richland, Fields is senior deputy assigned to the high school Spring Valley High School.
