Spring Valley - shocking video footage that shows school officials attacking female students in front of other students were frightened, make a number of people concerned. School students who report identifies the officer as deputy regional police chief Ben Fields. According to the Regional Police Department website Richland, Fields is senior deputy assigned to the high school Spring Valley High School. Fields are now believed to have been granted administrative leave while the incident was investigated.
