Mexican singer Larry Hernandez is now facing charges of kidnapping and assault in South Carolina. On Wednesday (30.09.2015), Larry went to Carolina judge to sign the papers for extradition is voluntary. He will face charges that he called lying in a recent interview.

According to Billboard, Larry was arrested in South Carolina without bail at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. Larry's father made a statement to the camera outside the courtroom, announced that Larry was innocent and did not commit a crime.

"Thank you for your support. My son is innocent. You'll see. He will be freed, "he said.
