Actor John Stamos Arrested in Beverly Hills

Actor John Stamos California, on Friday (12/06/2015) night local time, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in Beverly Hills, California south, police officials said.



Beverly Hills Police Department said officers stop Stamos, at around 19:45 pm after several people called police to report suspected presence of a drunk driver in the area.

"He was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment and he was placed in custody," police said.

The police department did not provide further details about the condition of Stamos but said he was released for treatment.

Stamos known for his role as Jesse in the sitcom of the 1990s "Full House", where he played alongside at the time a child star - Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, according to Reuters. (Liputan6.com)
