The little girl was probably two years old, crying in terror. So the boy, about three years old hugging her sister in order to calm. Touching.
A photograph which was calculated from the location of the devastating earthquake in Nepal in April turned out to be photos taken in Vietnam in 2007.
Na-Son Nguyen, freelance photographer, said the photograph showing a boy and girl hugging the taken eight years ago in North Vietnam.
AP photo contributors domiciled in Vietnam added to the BBC that the photo was taken in Can Ty, a remote village in the province of Ha Giang.
"I was passing through the village but stalled by a scene of two ethnic Hmong children playing in front of their home while their parents go to work in the fields," said Na-Son quoted Dream of pages Independent.co.uk, Thursday, May 14, 2015.
"The little girl, maybe two years, cried because there was a stranger so that a boy, aged about three years or more, embraced his brother to calm down."
"The photo was funny and very touching," he said.
After publishing the photo on his personal blog, Na-Son amazed that the photograph had been widely circulated among Facebook users Vietnam. Many of them even insert a new story about the photo.
In a Twitter account, Na-Son wrote, "This photograph of two children of ethnic Hmong in Vietnam were taken in 2007 in the province of Ha Giang. This photo is not about Nepal."
