Pope Francis will be a visit to the Philippines next week. To that end, the traffic police in Manila were not allowed to permit 'answer the call of nature' while on duty.

Francis Tolentino as the Head of Security Authority Manila, as quoted by The Guardian claimed that about 2000 traffic police who will be on duty during the visit of Pope Francis on 15 to 19 January will be required to wear an adult diaper. The policy was also reportedly been "well received" by his men.

Furthermore, Tolentino said also that around 800 traffic police on duty at the annual procession of the Black Nazarene on Friday (9/1) will also test the policy. Thus, in the celebration of Filipino traffic cop will use diapers while on duty for the first time.

"If you attend an event that lasts for 24 hours, you can not drive around looking for a portable toilet," Tolentino said. Therefore, it was suggested that the priests, sisters, brothers, and visitors of the Black Nazarene event next week or those who want to see the Pope to participate in diapers.
