Perform routine that's it every day without any activity that is both entertaining distraction not only make life becomes monotonous and boring, but also shorten the life. Perhaps this hobby can be your medicine.


A recent study published in the journal Psychological Science found that people who have a strong purpose or direction in life tend to be more longevity. Hobbies make us release the fatigue of daily activities done. Hobbies can be a stress reliever and mood change for the better.

But keep in mind, a good hobby that has done certainly benefit yes. For example singing. When someone is singing, the body releases endorphins that will make a person more energy. According to Professor Graham Welch, director of education research from the University of Surrey, Roehampton, England, singing can improve aerobic capacity and release muscle tension.

Singing also improve mood when you're depressed. This is because while singing, a chemical in the body will be released that makes a person feel good, just like when we eat chocolate.

And if singing is able to prolong life? It turns out, train the vocal cords can make us look younger than their actual age. When you sing, the chest will expand, while the back and shoulders become erect thus improving posture. Singing also train the muscles of the face and stomach, as well as boosting the immune system and prolong life expectancy.
