Shocking moment a pick-up truck crashes THROUGH a bus in New York hitting passengers who remarkably walk away largely unscathed --- Video caught the horrifying moment passengers watched as a pick-up truck speeds into their bus. Eight people were injured on the Centro bus but miraculously, no one was fatally hurt. Herbert Barry, 60, suffered a broken leg and hand injury according to Syracuse.com. The truck driver's wife was also taken to the hospital. The footage from Syracuse, New York was filmed on the bus security cameras on Thursday, January 19. The truck driver, Neil Brownell, accidentally slammed on the gas instead of the brakes. Then, he blasted past a 'for sale' sign and into the bus. From the inside, a woman watches the truck hurl into the bus and clutches her head in terror. A man also sees the truck and leaps out of the way as it crashes through where he was sitting. Bus driver Daphne Ross-Powell asks her astounded passengers: 'Alright? Is everybody alright? Hold on. Hold on.' From another angle, a shocked man watches the truck plow through the bus's side. He then exits the bus bu kicking the side door and jumping out. Passengers are seen in the video trying to manauver their way around the mangled wreckage. Police are investigating what happened but so far no major citations have been issued. The truck driver was ticketed for not slowing down around the curb. | Daily Mail
