Racial discrimination case is centered on "insulting words" after a physical attack against Tymon Clarkson. PA
Court records show Clarkson and BBC attended a closed-door meeting with Oisin Tymon in labor courts of London, England on Friday (13 November).
This case centered on "insulting words" after a physical attack in which Clarkson Tymon attack in March.
Clarkson was no longer used the BBC after an internal investigation.
In May, authorities investigated show Top Gear UK broadcasting and communications, Ofcom, to use the word "Pikey" in a broadcast in February last year.
The word is usually used to underestimate the rover or the Roma community or often known as the gypsy.
Rover group, the Traveller Movement, has filed a formal complaint with respect to it, but the BBC Trust rejected. They then took the case to Ofcom.
This was triggered by a plaque reading "Pikey Peak" mounted by Jeremy Clarkson after a race in the popular automotive show.
