MTV Star Erik Roner Dies After Skydiving Accident

Roy Tuscany, Roner friend who witnessed the accident said that the accident occurred before a celebrity golf tournament began on Monday morning.

Added Tuscany, he saw two other parachutists landed safely at Fairway golw hole 9 but then looked horrified when Roner slammed in a tree about 25 to 30 feet off the ground.

"Parachute Roner stuck in a tree and he dangled. People rushed to the stairs to bring it down" he said.

"There is no rescue protocol. This is obviously terrible," he said.
