Bill Cosby gave a sedative to victims of harassment

US comedian Bill Cosby, claiming to give tranquilizers to women who are victims of harassment. Similarly, listed on the court papers in 2005.


The documents are now open to the public that shows that Cosby (77) makes the recognition that in cases of sexual harassment lodged by a woman.

The case was filed Andrea constand, a former employee at Temple University in Philadelphia who used to cooperate with Cosby.

However, the case was settled out of court in 2006 with the payment of the amount of money the deal were not disclosed.

In his testimony in 2005, Cosby admitted giving the sedative called Quaaludes to the women. He claimed to provide the drug at least to a woman and several others.

The report disclosed the AP news agency linked the lifting of the confidentiality of the document. Cosby defense team expressed reservations because they think the document would embarrass their clients and disclose personal information.

Actor known for his role as Dr. Cliff Huxtable in The Cosby Show during 1984-1992 it faces a number of charges of sexual harassment to the events that have occurred since the 1970s.

Cosby called the allegations were exaggerated and unfounded, but still resulted in the cancellation of a number of television projects and events stand-up comedy.
