Zombie Cats of Florida now be contested

Cats "zombie" from Florida, USA, which is famous for its return from the dead, has now become a bone of contention.

The owner and the animal rights group Humane Society of Tampa Bay fighting over custody of the cat is black and white.


Cat named Bart it became popular in social media last month after he was alive even been declared dead by a car and was buried for five days.

He should be brought back by the owner after the operations performed in the clinic Humane Society. In addition to the jaw and cheek bone fractures, Bart also lost one eye.

But Humane Society, which documented the healing process Bary in the blog, decided not to return the cat to its owner after investigating "an accident that eventually causes the cat to be buried."

The owner Bart, Ellis Hutson, filed a lawsuit earlier this week to ask the cat is returned.

In court documents, the Humane Society accused Hutson using Bart to raise funds.

The agency has received donations from around the world who help pay for the care of Bart, according to their blog.

In a blog post Humane Society, they say animal welfare investigators will evaluate Hutson home.
