Janner asserted, if someone uses a computer or a piece of computer network without permission are entitled to, it can be classified as a crime in cyberspace.
Engineered criminals photos on the internet can be charged under Law No. 19 of 2002 on Copyright and Law No. 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Technology.
