A young boss who has an online company in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China reportedly provides year-end bonuses in the form of four units of BMW cars for four employees who have the maximum performance.
The 21-year-old girl named Niu Mudong create a brand of skin care products, weight loss, and health care when he was studying in the United States. No half-hearted, his monthly sales revenue increased to about 20 million yuan (about 41 billion rupiah) in just two years.
