The dramatic footage was circulated on social media by Georgia Evans who captured the incident on her mobile phone at 3.30am on Sunday. She claimed her friend Martin Krauze, 22, was repeatedly punched in the face by a police officer as he was pinned to the pavement on Commercial Road in Hereford. In the 59-second clip, the officer - who is wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket and a black helmet - can be seen lying on top of the man and raising his arm.
