A toddler and a five-year-old girl was raped in separate attacks in New Delhi, India.

Toddlers 2 and a half year old girl was playing outside her home when it was kidnapped by two men and raped in the western outskirts of the city of Delhi on Friday (16/10) night, said deputy police inspector of Delhi police, Pushpendra Kumar.

His family members found him lying unconscious and bleeding in a park three hours after he disappeared while power outages in the region.

In a separate incident, five-year-old girl was raped by several men at the same time in another part of the city, police told AFP news agency. Two of these incidents occurred after last week a 4-year old daughter are also victims of rape.

The second attack occurred when New Delhi is struggling with a series of attacks on women - and in some cases of children - which has sparked outrage in India and abroad. The activists in the country mentioned the "plague" of sexual violence in the capital.

"We've been doing a manhunt to arrest the suspect. However, so far no one has yet been arrested," said Kumar.

The capital city of Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, accused the police and the government are not doing enough effort to protect children.
