Gunman in Oregon identified as Chris Harper Mercer

LOS ANGELES - US officials have identified the gunman behind the shooting that killed at least 10 people at a college in Oregon, USA, as Chris Harper Mercer (26 years). According to local media reports Thursday (10/01/2015) local time. Some media such as CNN, CBS and NBC, released the name of Mercer but the government has not been formally identified.



Authorities previously said only that the shooter was a man aged 20 years.
