Paris - City of Paris burning, a number of taxi drivers in the area burned tires on the road and consequently some street corners were impassable because of the closed fire blazing. The taxi driver is doing demos because they Uber taxi booking service operation.


Not only that, some of the cars were known as Uber's black taxi plates directly pursued and attacked by the angry driver.

Major highways around Paris blocked and tires were burned occurred throughout the day during the strike. Demo not only happen in Paris, because it also appears around Marseille and Aix-en-Provence in southeast France.

Tourists who witnessed this incident tells the gripping remarkable condition on Twitter and some of them claimed to be stuck in a delicate condition.

Local authorities such as the Aeroports de Paris, the operator of Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly France, warned passengers to travel by train, because they say "access by road was completely blocked."

French interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve has ordered a ban on the operation of UberPOP-one business unit Uber - after increasingly violent demonstrations. He said the service was "illegal" and ordered police and prosecutors to enforce the closure.

Uber spokesman Thomas Meister said the company has complied with the law in which UberPOP has been deemed illegal, and accused the minister of wrongdoing.

"How to work in a state of law is that justice to judge whether something is legal or illegal is decisive is the court," he was quoted by Reuters news agency.

Based in San Francisco Uber said these services have millions of users in France, including 250,000 for UberPOP. Uber also operates a luxury service that is not prohibited. (CNNIndonesia)
