The high court China executed a primary school teacher has been convicted for raping and sexually abusing 26 girls.



Li Sihai committed crimes in 2011 and 2012 while teaching in a village school in Gansu Province.

The statement said most of the victims were raped or assaulted more than once. No mention how he was arrested.

Gansu court stated Li as "a serious threat to society" and stressed the former teacher is committing a crime in less than one year.

"Higher People's Court thus looked Li Sihai should be executed."

Local media published a report with a caricature of a man wolf who preys on children.
