Malaysia Airlines website was incapacitated by hackers act. The airline has to speak, and tell how hackers ruin their system.
In an official statement on his Facebook page Malaysia Airlines, the company said it had reported the attack to the Malaysian authorities, namely the Ministry of Transport also Badang Security Siber Malaysia.
"These have resolved the issue with the service provider and the system is expected to be restored within 22 hours," wrote the Malaysia Airlines.
After conducting an investigation, Malaysia Airlines suspect that the attack came from the Domain Name System (DNS), which refers to their site. DNS is 'poisoned' so that when the user wants to open the site malaysiaarilines.com was diverted to other sites belonging to hackers.
"In this case the server Malaysia Airlines is not compromised," the airline said in a statement, quoted by CNN Indonesia, Monday (26/1).
When accessed, the official website is located at Malaysia Airlines www.malaysiaarilines.com it displays a message that read "404-plane not found" and "Hacked by Lizard Squad". Not only on the home page, the browser tab also contained the words "ISIS will win"
The background of the home page Malaysia Airlines also turned into black and there is a picture that became the logo lizard hat hacker group Lizard Squad.
